Let's get down to the important stuff....

As fellow coffee lovers, we wanted to share our love for coffee with our guests. As coffee purists, we have provided our favorite ways of making coffee, a french press and pour over style coffee.

Coffee Grinder

We believe that freshly ground coffee is always best. So, we have provided an electric coffee grinder,, and a manual coffee grinder for the purists. For the french press & pour-over, we recommend a medium course grind. For the drip coffee machine, we recommend a finer grind.

Coffee Instructions

French Press Style Coffee

Step 1  Grind Coffee to a medium coarse ground

Step 2 Turn on the electric kettle by               pressing the knob down (located on the right side of the kettle)

Step 3 Using the long black spoon located on the coffee cart, add medium-coarse coffee grounds into pot. One tablespoon per cup of coffee desired.  8 tablespoons to fill the pot.

Step 4 Add hot water into pot, enough to cover the coffee grounds & stir.

Step 5 Add in the rest of the hot water desired that compliments the amount of coffee grounds added to the pot. 

Step 6 Add the lid to the pot with the metal filter at the water line. The knob at the top of the lid should be sticking out.

Step 7 Wait 4-5 mins for the water to extract the flavor 

Step 8 Press down on the knob at                  the top of the lid

Pour Over Style Coffee

"Chemex"

Step 1  Grind Coffee to a medium                  coarse ground

Step 2 Turn on the electric kettle by               pressing the knob down (located on the right side of the kettle)

Step 3 Add a paper, cone shaped                 coffee filter to the stainless steel filter on the pour over carafe.

Step 4 Using the long black spoon                located on the coffee cart, add medium-coarse coffee grounds into the paper cone-shaped filter. One tablespoon per cup of coffee desired.

Step 4 Moving in a clockwise motion, add hot water to the coffee grounds. Just enough to moisten them. This is called blooming the grounds. Wait one minute.

Step 5 Continue adding hot water in a clockwise motion to the coffee grounds until the desired amount of coffee has been made.

Step 6 Enjoy!
